Meet Steve…a mild mannered entrepreneur living out his dreams in Dublin.

Today is a very important day for Steve, so his wife Cupcake got up extra early to prepare a piping hot breakfast.

On his way to his office at the DigitalHub he runs into Mr. M. Man his Enterprise Ireland HPSU Advisor who gives hime a quick prep talk ahead of his VC pitch to Dermot Berkery from Delta Partners later this afternoon.

When he gets to the office Steve has a quick chat with his secretary Betty about the schedule of todays events.  Today is a very imporant day and Steve wants to make sure nothing goes wrong, so he has set aside extra time to prepare for his meeting.

At the afternoon pitch Steve is thrown some very difficult questions but he handles them with style…

BUT like most entrepreneurs, Steve knows that all good deals are done over a few drinks at the local pub.

After agreeing to a €3M pre-money, 1x liquidation pref., broad-based weighted average anti-dilution provision, proportional board representation, and accelerated vesting schedule, Steve decides to wrap-up a great day by heading home to Cupcake and unwinding with a nightcap.
